1. Our programmable paper cutting machine adopts imported computer control system from American C&P Corp.,(Microcut) with 12 inches touch color LCD screen or 5.7 inches LCD screen.
2. The program storage capacity is 250000 programs (for 12” LCD) or 2500 programs (for 5” LCD), and the longest data storage time is 60 years.
3. The data resolution is less than 0.01mm. The position accuracy is 0.025mm. The maximum backgauge speed is 16m/min.
4. This programmable paper cutting machine adopts high strength double linear guides (except 78 size machine) and high precision gapless lead screw to ensure backgauge accuracy and effectively improve the anti-impact capability against unidirectional impact.
5.Chrome-plated for main worktable and side tables, and has the device of air cushion, which is convenient for backgauge running.
6. Our paper cutting machine adopts inside electronic knife locker, which can effectively avoid knife-sliding.
7. Our paper cutter adopts main motor overloading protection safety device for cutting, infrared photoelectric protection from Germany LEUZE and buttons by two hands safety devices.
8. Our programmable paper cutting machine adopts Italy MARZOCCHI CBT-E hydraulic pump and Germany WESSEL double hydraulic system which is composed of two hydraulic circuits. When press the footpedal, the hydraulic oil goes through the primary hydraulic circuit made up of reducing valve and spillover valve, and gives the cutting paper micro pressure. The pressure is only several kilograms and can't hurt operator's hands. At the time of cutting paper, put thousands of kilograms of high pressure to ensure the cutting quality and safe operation.
9. This paper cutting machine adopts Japan NSK bearing of low maintenance, German DICHTOMATIK sealing elements. Main electronic units are from German SIMENS, French TE and Japanese ORMON brands.
10. The paper cutting machine adopts a position safety monitoring device for components and parts.
11. It has unique safety gap design. with micro-pressure protection, the relative gap in all positions is less than 3mm so fingers can't enter into the gap, which is in accordance with European CE standard so as to ensure the safety of operator.
12. The casting adopt HT250 cast iron and has accepted vibration stress relief, so they won't deform after been used for long time.
13. It has mechanical assistance device for knife replacement, illuminated working surface/optical cutting line indicator and a tool box with tools, operating instruction, computer manual and spare parts list.
